James Reade Venable has finally found a home for Mars Sunglasses. The most recent issue of Literary Cocktail Magazine had published this Fine Art Landscape. The spoil tips of the Pays Noir (Black Country) of Belgium are a signature aesthetic to this Region. Once a major coal mining region, which saw a huge Italian immigration after WWII. These spoil tips line the landscapes. When James first visited Belgium he was fascinated with them and has been photographing them ever since.
