World demand for electric cars will quickly put Lithium reserves in crisis. Currently six million units are sold annually. Each car requires an average of 8 kilograms of high purity lithium. Lithium deposits in Latin America are not enough. Is there enough lithium to manufacture all the batteries? According to a report by the World Economic Forum, it will start to become scarce by 2025. The countries of Argentina, Bolivia and Chile form the well-known lithium triangle. This is where 85% of the total amount of this important metal is concentrated. Lithium is an essential mineral in these times. It is associated with the so-called "energy transition", a false solution promoted by companies and governments against the climate crisis.
