Summary

Over the span of 15 weeks, I led a team of editors and 55 volunteer photojournalists to capture the atmosphere of Friday night football throughout mid-Missouri. Friday Night Sights helped the volunteers, many new to photojournalism, develop their skills and portfolio. In addition to producing Friday Night Sights, our team created and produced 'From the Sidelines' — a weekly micro-doc, as well as 'Under the Lights' — a collection of football action photography. Over the course of the season I helped produce 210 photos for Friday Night Sights, 90 photos for Under the Lights and 11 micro-docs with my fellow editors Michelle Gutierrez, Paola Rodriguez, Tom Kavanaugh and Hudson Heidger.

Together we produced Friday Night Sights - the magic and wonder of Friday night football.
