사람이 보이지 않는 텅 빈 거리, 셔터를 내린 상가들, 계속되는 사회적 거리 두기. 코로나 팬더믹이 발발한 지 1년 남짓이 된 2021년 1월, 세계 다른 도시들보다 안전하다고 여겨져 왔지만 결국  바이러스에 함락되어버린 서울. 한참 사람들로 가득해야 할 주말 서울의 주요 상권 거리는 을씨년스럽기만 하다. 문을 닫은 가게들, 임대문의 안내문이 붙은 텅 빈 가게들, 보이지 않는 사람들, 보이지 않는 곳에서 무너져가는 삶들, 가늠할 수 없는 절망과 위협들만이 거리를 채우고 있다.
