Fatima-Tuj-Johora is an independent visual storyteller from Bangladesh. There is one thing that gets her to do and excites her is “Photography” which stands out from all the rest. She used to write poetry, and paint abstracts as a reflection of her feelings. Her passion is to create artistic visuals that include facts about human rights, children’s and women’s rights, environmental rights, and everyday life. She uses an intimate and active storytelling style to communicate meaningfully about the human experience. Her work has appeared in publications such as The Daily Star, New Age, The Guardian, The Courier, Avax News, and others. She is currently contributing to Pacific Press (Philippines), Sipa USA, and Zuma Press (USA) as a photojournalist. Along with photojournalism, she is working on long-term documentary projects on climate change, and child and women issues.
