Summary
My long term project "Hole" that examines the voids left by mining, both in the earth and in the people affected by the Carajas Corridor, in Pará, Brazil, was selected as a finalist of the Festival Della Fotografia Etica.
Mining is a serious issue that shapes the lives of every single Latin American, specially Brazilians, who have their lands taken away to be transformed into fridges, airplanes, cars, etc.
