Georg Zinsler is an Austrian photojournalist based in Vienna and Paris.
After graduation from high school he felt himself drawn to becoming a musician, but then decided to enroll at university to study medicine with the prospect of a more secure future perspective.
Meeting Magnum photographer Bruce Gilden had a powerful impact on Georg Zinsler and his decision to become a photographer. In 2012-2013 he studied Art History and Photography at Speos Paris Photographic Institute.
Since then he devoted himself to documenting the human kind, the way we deal with each other and the way we deal with natural environment. Putting the finger on the indifference of todays society towards these issues is a vital concern that cannot be overemphasized.
Georg Zinsler is available internationally for commissioned shoots and assignments.
