Barcelona and its surroundings have 16 of the 33km2 most densely populated in Europe, its geography, squeezed between the sea, the mountains and two rivers, means that it has no room to grow. Within the city there are very few parks, but within the city limits there are large spaces where nature prevails over the city.

Barcelona y alrededores tienen 16 de los 33km2 más densamente poblados de Europa, su geografía, encajada entre el mar, las montañas y dos ríos, hace que no tenga espacio para crecer. Dentro de la ciudad hay muy pocos parques, sin embargo en sus límites encontramos grandes espacios donde la naturaleza prevalece sobre la ciudad.
