Bernhard has been in Pierreuse district since the 80s. In his house, he found beams that dates back to 1650. For a few weeks, he has been buildingÂ a second residenceÂ in Pierreuse streetÂ with recycling materials.Â

Germain, a local priest, is wel...Mass with mainly elderly people

Germain, a local priest, is well known in Pierreuse district. He lives in the old school. In this enormous building, which is full of vestiges of the past, it temporarily welcomes undocumented migrants. On the weekend, Germain goes back to Wasme, his native region, in order to celebrate the Mass with mainly elderly people

Didier poses with BÃ©cassine. Behind the garden of his house is the farm of the three acorns. This nearly-rural space was built partly by Didier. Each evening, the inhabitants of Pierreuse are rocked by the soft donkey braying of Becassine and her son, Zorro.

Leopold bought his house in Pie...ally plans to finish his house!

Leopold bought his house in Pierreuse district in the 80's. For twenty years, leaving his house aside, he fought against the construction of the courthouse adjoining the Pierreuse district, in vain! Today, at 70, he eventually plans to finish his house!

Half Corsican, half Moroccan bu...objects he finds in the street.

Half Corsican, half Moroccan but feeling Belgian, Faysal has been living in Pierreuse since 2006. He worshiped "Tony Montana". He completely renovated his apartment himself and he now attacks his terrace. Faysal loves to revive the objects he finds in the street.

Nelly arrived at Pierreuse 40 y...est of Pierreuse (Father Paul).

Nelly arrived at Pierreuse 40 years ago. She prays daily and often confeffes to Germain the street priest. During a pilgrimage in 1997, Nelly had the opportunity to meet the Pope to ask for the beatification of the former priest of Pierreuse (Father Paul).

Elise was born and lives in the...tends to relocate to Pierreuse.

Elise was born and lives in the Pierreuse district. His mother and aunt lived there for many years. After her trip to India, Elise intends to relocate to Pierreuse.

Philipinne comes from GrivegnÃ©e, another district of LiÃ¨ge. She has lived for 18 years in this apartment with her cat Lady. Philipinne separated from her husband 20 years ago. She has two sons but she has not seen one of them since her separation from her husband.

Said is an Iranian political refugee. He has been living in Pierreuse district since 96'. Every morning, after having been driving his daughter to school, Said does his physical exercises to stay in shape.
