I am thrilled to have my work in progress "Afghanistan: Between Climate and Conflict" marked with an Honourable Mention at Marilyn Stafford FotoAward and FotoDocument. My own family's life impacted by climate change in Iran, so I decided to work on stories and projects related to climate change to raise awareness and depict the relationship between humans and their environment to change public attitudes and hopefully take steps for solutions.
