Moroccan Sellers and Vendors
Walking in the maze like alleys and streets of the medinas in Marrakesh and Fez, Morocco, these are photographs of solitary sellers and vendors, working and making their daily living. Caught in between the modernity of cell phones and satellite dishes and the continuity of tradition, they go on practicing their crafts as they have been honed for generations over centuries. These photographs try to attest to their hard work and dignity, which bind them to us all.
