Whit Simulator | Departure II (2015) is a continuation of the project White Simulator. It offers a retrospective of Olympic Airway’s golden era and is comprised of a collection of found vintage images. A composition of Olympic Airways airplanes departing and landing at the international airport in conjunction with old advertisements of air-hostess dressed in high couture uniforms. The selection evokes a nostalgic feel and emphasizes the past glory of O.A. and its distressing end.
