These photos are from a short docu-series I did in 2019 in Butambala District, Uganda with Youth Consult Uganda. We visited one of the schools which they support in many ways including paying fees and providing food.

I have a deep connection and intimacy for helping out those in need and the cause undertaken by Youth Consult motivated me to not only photograph their journey but to also be part of it. 

These photos speak of the dyer situation of the education system but also the hope these children are filled with. A hope that one day they will be great despite the situation they are growing up in.
