Myrtilla and Frank
In the presence of Myrtilla and Frank, the atmosphere is not sad or depressed. Much the opposite, it is filled with love, sarcasm and a feisty couple that state “the world can change at any moment, so value every moment.” They are fighting past comas, strokes, MS, amputations trauma and disease within the body, paired with deaths of close friends and family, failed relationships, raising a special needs child and the stress of life in general. Yet Myrtilla and Frank continue to remain in love and strong. Joy is present, even with all the pain. Their story speaks to the ability of the human body and spirit to persist, thrive and live.
