Just out today is my second big assignment with Science Magazine this year. (http://bit.ly/1GB8Qgn) This documents an NSF funded expedition with 21 scientists transecting from the high Peruvian Andes through the cloud forests and deep into Manu National Park in the Amazon basin. Focus was to look at how the geology of the Andes affects the biodiversity of the Amazon. Bill Douthitt, Senior Photo Editor, recently joined Science as an effort to step up visuals in the magazine and he's been doing a great job. Check out this interview with Bill about it in PDN: http://bit.ly/20fUloK
