I'm Collette LeGrande
"My real name is Robert Hill, Collette LeGrande is my stage name. I got started in the drag world in 1974 when I came to San Francisco.
I like the entertainment part of it. Putting the make-up on, and all that stuffs, takes a long time, sometimes I don't like that very much, but I like it when the whole look is complete.
I think I gonna probably continue doing drag and entertainment for a few more years until I feel like I can't do it anymore... I am 65, so I am getting up there. In a few years, I probably won't be able to have the energy to continue too long, but... that's ok... then I just'll... retire".

Me gusta la parte de entretenimiento. Ponerme el maquillaje, y todo eso, lleva mucho tiempo, a veces no me gusta mucho, pero me gusta cuando todo el look está completo.
Creo que probablemente continuaré haciendo drag y entretenimiento por unos años más hasta que sienta que no puedo hacerlo más ... Tengo 65 años, así es que estoy llegando allí. En un par de años, probablemente no podré tener la energía para continuar por mucho tiempo más, pero ... está bien ... entonces simplemente ... me retiraré ".
