We are extremely excited to announce our health equity photo/video campaign with Susan G. Komen about disparities in cancer outcomes for African Americans (Stand with H.E.R) has been awarded by the prestigious juries for Communication Arts and AI-AP American Photography 38.
Our work for this project was inspired by my personal experience. 2016 I was diagnosed with breast cancer diagnosis. I was 37. Since then, I have been committed to telling intimate and authentic health stories from the patient and caregiver’s perspectives.
