She is being featured in a show at the Gagosian Gallery in Beverly Hills in November 2023, and who is known for paintings that borrow heavily from 18th- and 19th-century European portraiture and depict women in period dresses and other garments, but with faces replaced by bugs, or locks of hair or layers of fabric.
