Luis Molina Reyes, 75, is partially blind and has to be connected to an oxygen machine around the clock to assist his breathing. At the beginning of 2022 Casa Pueblo, a local community based non-profit, installed a solar power system in the house to ensure the electricity for the family who lives deep in the mountains of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico. Power has become more unreliable in the past year as US-Canadian company, LUMA, took over the former public institution. In early April an island-wide power outage left millions in the darkness and Juan L.
