Charlee spends every day at the in-prison daycare while her Mother, Katie Hamilton, goes to work with the TRAC program at Washington's correctional center in Gig Harbor, Washington.

Inmates are scheduled to do a set of chores every night as part of their daily schedule. Caregivers are available to volunteer to watch the inmate's children while they finish their tasks.
