Family
I started photographing my family and my husband's family about a year and a half ago. It was through this work that I found my voice as a storyteller. These images look at the bonds people have with one another and the environment that defines home and the familial. I am looking for insight to the past that is relevant to the present and future. My hope is that the images enable others to step back and observe, to gain a broader understanding of personal identity, context and connection to others.
