Tina Remiz

I am a documentary storyteller and visual artist of Latvian origins, currently based in the UK’s capital. Recent graduate from BA Photographic Arts at the University of Westminster, I work as a freelance photographer, specialising in reportage and portraiture.

A lot of my personal work is concerned with the issues of migration and cultural identity, as I reflect on my personal experience of growing up in the post-Soviet Latvia and immigrating to the West in late teens.

Both my visual and written work has appeared in numerous national and international publications and has been exhibited in the UK and abroad.
