BALTIMORE, MD - FEBRUARY 3, 2021: Motzi Bread is a neighborhood bakery owned by Maya Muñoz and Russell Trimmer. They make bread from Maryland grown grains that they grind themselves and serve out of a Charles Village rowhouse. With the pandemic, they have adopted a pay-what-you-can model to help in giving equitable access to food.
BALTIMORE, MD - FEBRUARY 3, 2021: Historical Lumbee areas are seen in East Baltimore on February 3, 2021. After World War II, thousands of Lumbee Indians settled in areas between Upper Fells Point and Washington Hill in Baltimore, calling it, "the reservation." Ashley Minner and her colleagues built a walk tour map to commemorate this historic area.
