Hablar de maíz es hablar de relaciones, es hablar de alimentación y de identidad. En la ciudad muy poca gente sabe que hay familias que trabajan todo el año para ofrecer alimentos agroecológicos. La defensa del maíz y su semilla es una actividad diaria, un ciclo que debe repetirse para defender el territorio. La ciencia campesina es la esperanza del mundo, y esa esperanza sigue viva en la Ciudad de México.
