Summary
A sunrise training swim with Sarah Philpott. Sarah is the first English woman to complete the Original Triple Crown. This consists of three gruelling swims crossing; the English Channel, North Channel and Bristol Channel. She very narrowly missed becoming the first woman ever to complete this task. Her sights are now set on the Oceans Seven, which includes crossing the Cook Strait, the MolokaŹ»i Channel, the Catalina Channel, the Tsugaru Strait and the Strait of Gibraltar.
