I'm walking in circles through this city. Looking at its lights, listening to Baroque music and Scandinavian jazz, and feeling you next to me. I am drinking, missing you, going mad, trying to sober up and taking pictures of the night. Then to show you these photographs and to see delight in your eyes. Even when you don’t answer - this is my way of talking to you from a distance. My way of dealing with the emptiness. I'm telling you stories about darkness and light, stories about me. Each photograph is a letter to you, this message is sent to the path at that moment, when I press the shutter button and think of you. And I don’t not know what I’ll get on the film any given time. This is my way of saying “I love you”. My way of saying how much I need you - the greatest miracle happened in my life.
