The 7.8M earthquake hit the country on April 25 and its major aftershock on May 12 left huge parts of the countryside of Nepal in ruins. Just a couple of months later, well into the monsoon season in Nepal, the country is still awaiting the worst rains. It has been a race against time to get the tents replaced by sturdier shelters to withstand the heavy rains and possible landslides of the coming monsoon.
