Miguel Pavão offered a book to Prof. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa. This book (Guiné-Bissau: um país adiado) is about the work that is being done in Guiné by "Mundo a Sorrir" and was written by the Portuguese journalist Manuel Vitorino.
Our President, Prof. Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, visited the Portuguese ONGD "Mundo a Sorrir" installations to get acquainted with this new organization and its mission. It was a great moment and many important issues were discussed and shared between the leaders and other volunteers of the Organization and the Portuguese President. This set of photographs is an attempt to cover all these moments.
The ONGD "Mundo a Sorrir" works on a volunteer philosophy to improve oral health and better conditions of life in Portugal and in all PALOP countries where several projects are taking place already. On this web platform, I had already the chance to show you some of the projects in progress in Guinea-Bissau and Bijagós.
