Gamonal, a forgotten neighborhood for his mayor.

60,000 habitants, nearly 20,000 are unemployed, and of those, 70% of young unemployed, without hope or possibility of future. One of the two kindergartens in the neighborhood, is closed because the mayor does not want to pay the 13,000 euros needed.

The mayor decides to make a new Boulevard in the heart of neighborhood, will cost 8 million Euro. After months of peaceful protests, all ignored by the mayor, the neighbors decide take the streets to stop it. The "Gamonal Effect" spread to the rest of Spain, dozens of demonstrations cross the country. Unrest in Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza... Dozens arrested across Spain, require the mayor to turn. The project is removed, and a mantle of corruption is uncovered at City Hall.
