Michael Powers grew up in Hanson, MA where he first discovered fine art. He attended the Massachusetts College of Art and Design where he received his BFA in Photography. Following college, he travelled abroad to Europe, namely Paris, France where he worked on the "Enjouanissan†collection. He is a contributing photographer and writer for "The Reverb Tank,†Reverb.com’s music blog, as well as "Camera Records in Time,†a Boston-based photography collective. He currently lives and works in Durham, NC.
