Photos were taken in Gae Aulenti square on February Saturday 2nd.

I noticed a bunch of guys, with Asian features, dancing near the Nike store.

I immediatley found it very fascinating. Saturday night. Boys expressing their passion for dancing through immense jumps and a huge variety of stunts.

I was extremely surprised because of people just going past and not to "see" what i was admiring.

I approached them tiptoeing, trying not to be noticed in a clearing near a starway. I set the camera and i started to shoot. Unbeliveable. This was really inspiring them.

The first one that had already given proof of his mastery, he starts again with a cartwheel, a series of samersaults and than back again from where he started. Another guy gets up with a somersault standing on his place.

At that point i introduced myself. I have a chat with them and than something absurd happens: one of them accepts to hover over me as i lay on the ground. I sit on my back while he stares at me with defiant eyes! He flies....literally! His t-shirt flutters and the open shirt it's his cloak!

After the pictures, when everyone is back on earth again, everything is explained: the square is a regained space from young people who can't afford a gym to try their choreography. That's why i'm here.
