Athos Florides

I am a Cyprus based freelance photographer. I am into photography since the age of ten but never took it very seriously until 2011 when I bought my first DSLR. I used to shoot with film using cameras like Zenith, Yashica, and Minolta Maxxum 5. 

I have undertaken a few photography courses on the way and I self-assign projects that interest me. I like travelling and I enjoy every moment I capture on my camera. I haven't, until recently, submit any work for exhibitions or competitions. Two of my images where accepted for exhibition at Al-Thani Photography Competition and on February (2014) I will have my first group exhibition.

I try every day to learn and experience something new through my lens. My personal goal is to develop my hobby into a career.
