Tacoma park is a little children's playground tucked in the 14613 neighborhood of Rochester, New York. The park backs up to and is surrounded by abandoned houses. The children spent weekends cleaning up the broken glass and falling down sheds, prompting the city to board up the house that many of the kids were playing in.
