I am pleased to announce that "Fragments of the Masculine" was recently Featured on the Huffington Post in their Latino Voices and Queer Voices sections. What an amazing day to be alive and creative! I am thrilled to announce that World Photography Organisation (WPO) just featured my new project "Los Banilejos" on their site! I am thrilled to have my work recognized by such a prestigious organization and seen on a Global Platform.

I am thrilled and honored to announce that my work will be included in the upcoming "The National: Best Contemporary Photography 2015" exhibition opening this week at The Fort Wayne Museum of Art! This incredible Biennial exhibition will run from October 3rd 2015 toJanuary 3rd 2016. Special thanks to Charles Shepard, Joslyn Elliott and the entire team at the Fort Wayne Museum for making this happen!
Now that the cat is officially out of the bag, I am thrilled to announce that I will be presenting work at this year's Photoville! I will be showcasing my work, "Calle 4 Sur", as part of the new Emergicube Installations debuting at Photoville this year. My sincerest gratitude to my mentor Jerry Vezzuso for nominating my work for this honor. Special thanks Sam Barzilay, Laura Roumanos, Dave Shelley and the entire team at United Photo Industries for making this all possible. Thank you for allowing me the platform to present my work/story. Opening Night is tomorrow Thursday September 10th 7-10pm at Brooklyn Bridge Park. With over 60 exhibitions and installations this is the place to be! I look forward to seeing you all opening night!

It was an absolute pleasure to serve as a National Portfolio Judge for this year's Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. I was incredibly impressed with the quality of work submitted by this new generation of creative thinkers. I am also honored to be part of the Scholastic Art & Writing Alumni Council which will be hosting the Event. Thank you Jeanette Anderson for spearheading this project.
The event will be held at Sheila C. Johnson Design Center located at 2 W 13th Street at Fifth Avenue NYC. Wine and Light Refreshments will be served.

Good Evening my GUILD Familia! I wanted to share with you all this lovely article that features some of the recent work I have been doing in collaboration with Max Meyer, Scholastic and The Fort Wayne Museum of Art. Max Meyer started The Hope Gap Project as a means to engage inner city kids to further their artistic interests and encourage them to submit to the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. As an Alum of the awards I was brought into the project to share my story with 4 inner city High Schools. It was an honor to share my story and see the positive impact it had on these young creative minds. It was a humbling and rewarding experience. Check it out when you can its a great read!
