The men of Spain are known for exuding masculinity. However, in Spanish the term 'The Brotherhood' is 'La Fraternidad'; expressed with the feminine La instead of the masculine El. This seems at odds with the culture until you look at the roots of home and tradition. Spain is a place ruled by the kitchen and the mothers that inhabit them. There is a quiet, but incredibly deep respect for women underneath all the machismo gloss. This project is a look at the sons of women, all grown up.
