Oxigeno Laboratorio Cultural is a neighborhood association that develops a multitude of cultural and artistic activities for children and young people, in some peripheral neighborhoods of Melilla, a Spanish enclave located in North Africa, where there is no access access to these instances. Making murals, street culture, cinema, literature, radio workshops or neighborhoods tours, are some of the activities developed by the association to promote culture and create community on the margins of the city of Melilla.

Oxígeno Laboratorio Cultural es una asociación vecinal que desarrolla en Melilla (ciudad española en el norte de África), multitud de actividades culturales y artísticas para niños y jóvenes, en algunos barrios periféricos de la ciudad, donde el acceso a estas instancias es escaso. Realización de murales, cultura en la calle, cine, literatura, talleres de radio o tours por estos barrios para darlos a conocer, son algunas de las actividades que desarrolla la asociación para fomentar la cultura y crear comunidad en los márgenes de la ciudad de Melilla.
