Ronald Ssemaganda is a 23 year old Ugandan multidisciplinary artist and scout working in East Africa and beyond. Through his art he addresses and creates awareness on the social problems that affect everyone on a global scale. In 2022, Ssemaganda directed his debut music and dance theatre production with Sosolya Undugu Dance Academy focusing on sustainable development goals which has been on a successful tour in Germany with Kinderkulturkarwane for three months and now in Uganda. He is also the founder of Pickup Plastic Uganda, a movement aimed at educating young people on how to fight plastic pollution in his community and Uganda at large.
