   My 18-year old son is an Aspie, and after many years of those troubling teenager stages and mood swings, we finally found the antidote. Taekwondo was the solution for us; for him, an escape of the constant overthinking and a way to make new friends. More than friends, we found an extended family. The real test comes on tournament days, he is as nervious as he can be, but also determined to soldier on and slash the dragons head.
