If we don't tell our own story, who else will do that for us? none.

at the age of 18 after finishing my highschool I leave my parent's house and started a new life in the ghetto living together with other groups of young people at the same age.

Living in the ghetto for almost 5yrs until now  I've seen a lot, I've passed, I've experienced a lot in the ghetto but all in all, the ghetto is an amazing place for a young man and woman to be because you learn a lot within the ghetto and you learn also real life and be exposed to the reality of the world.

This life in ze ghetto photo essay aims to showcase the reality and real-life story of where great men and women of future grow.

This photo essay also aims to showcase the hustles, dreams, passion, and lifestyle of young people who lives in the ghetto and what it means for them to live in the ghetto and the impact it has on their lives.

it also aims in changing the mentality that our parents and other people in our society perceive life in the ghetto.
