'Croo' members up at the AMC huts in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The hut system is 125 years old and they sit about 8 miles apart up at about 3,000 ft. They provide lodging, home cooked meals, and rest for AT thru hikers or day trippers. The 'croo' runs the hut during the summer season and provide "high mountain hospitality for all".

Spent a few days shooting film and spending time with the croo on assignment for Popular Mechanics. Great to work on a project up in the mountains that I've been hiking and camping in for many years. There is something truly special about the woods of the White Mountains and I recommend their trails and summits for anyone looking for some adventure and peace.
