The Monobloc chair is the worlds most common and affordable plastic chair.

This body of work started in Vietnam and continued when visiting Myanmar, Thailand, Spain and the UK.

I like to photograph the plastic furniture as I find it. I like the absence of humans. Sometimes there's traces left behind of the last customer. I'm interested in that brief moment between the furniture being used by people. To me they are like working / functional / transitory installations.
