Ulm townhouse (Stadthaus) was designed by New York architect Richard Meier. The white-plastered building, whose structure emerges from a cube-shaped geometry and concentric circles, is a three-story pavilion. Two side wings are connected by glazed bridges and a roof terrace. The openly interconnected exhibition areas, restaurants and stores are flooded with daylight. The high degree of transparency between the interior and exterior areas is a trademark of the architect Richard Meier. An open staircase in the west wing connects all areas and floors without access restrictions.
