Jakob Bio:
Jakob Skrzypa is an award winning comedy writer, director, and editor with experience in Los Angeles, British Columbia, New York, Toronto and Fiji.
He is a content creator for Fun Uncle; a sketch comedy duo prominently featured on Will Ferrell's Funny or Die website. His work has earned him multiple festival awards including best picture, best writing, best editing, and best filmmaker.
In addition to this he’s worked on location for CBS’ Survivor, and at Abso Lutely Productions on the award winning Comedy Central series Nathan for You, and Adult Swim’s Decker.
Jakob is technically trained in writing, and well versed in comedy. He has a bachelor's degree with honors in film writing and production from the University of Windsor, and has been a freelance editor for New York City based Troma Entertainment.
Other experience includes assistant directing on the Telus Story Hive web series funding winner ‘Michelle’s’, in British Columbia, editing the Bell Media fund winner Mandy May Cheetham’s ‘Rapping with Actors’ and various other production roles on shows like The Good Doctor, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, and The Crossing.
Luke Bio:
Luke is an award winning filmmaker, director and actor whos attained high level experience from The prestigious Second City Toronto (conservatory graduate), working with Modern Space signed to Warner Music Canada and has done work for major social media influencers including Epic Meal Time and Senior Gumboy.
He is the creator of Fun Uncle comedy, whos shorts have won numerous festivals as well as featured on Funny Or Die. Luke is trained in acting, writing and directing having created award winning short films such as Super Intense Office Scene winner of best comedy and best behind the scenes in the prestigious MY RODE REEL online film festival out of 1800 submissions.
In addition to this he has worked on sets shooting for corporations like Keller Williams Realty, Honda, Wendys, and The Wall Street Journal.
Luke attended The University of Windsor for film production and currently runs his own film production company Daydreamer Films
