Recently went on assignment for VICE World News and spent time with mototaxi drivers in the city's (usually) bustling downtown. As these drivers face a new reality of extended lockdown, militarized checkpoints, gasoline shortages, corruption and a dollarized economy, the once staple of Caracas' street life is now struggling to get by.
