Light is a phenomenon of which we only appreciate its visual manifestation. Losing the eyes, as it happened to Lucia de Siracusa, is a metaphor of clairvoyance, which is accessed only by the path of pain.

Photographs and video made for the "Evening of Santa Lucia", artistic event held in Maracaibo, Venezuela, in 2013.
