Understanding my own finiteness behind a barrier that complicates grief and trying to dissolve the effects of death through distance, is what happened to the death of my paternal grandmother during the global Covid pandemic.

Without place to tradition and as if it were war; there is no body. One more casualty.
With an intangible portion, our minimal procession advanced as far as possible, time seemed lonely, the wind was absent. Everything was absent.

We are moderately prepared to respond to these circumstances and it depends on how isolated you are so that this emotional wave does not destroy you. I wonder where do those for whom the feeling of unreality is permanent and their mourning has been completely tainted by the latent condition of survival get strength?
