The soul of a country in the sacredness of its traditions", is my project with which I wanted to witness the value of traditions in my Nation, an almost primordial journey, stripped of the wear and tear of the world real, a jump back in time into that agropastoral civilization that has so much meaning and still means in Italy.
The UNESCO candidate transhumance to the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. Traditions that are handed down from father to son, rituals and gestures that are repeated and renewed over time. A two-way link between man and nature that is not only a migration of animals to better pastures but is like a spiritual journey, an interior journey that recalls an ancient past, a perennial struggle for survival made of fatigue but at the same time gestures simple and "genuine", almost a journey towards that promised land that has always been desired. It represents the soul of a country in the sacredness of its traditions, those that renew and write the history of a community.
