In the beginning of the 21st century, the ancient city of Jaguaribara, on the brazilian Northeast, was intentionally flooded due to the building of a weir. Over the last six years, a drought has made the water level extremely low, and so the ruins of the once underwater city emerged back. With them, questions about remembrance, space and troubled weather. 

This essay is made on traces of presence/abscence and memory, stubborn reminiscences of what once was.
