Best known for his highly staged cinematic photographs, Charit Pusiri captures everyday occurrences and social issues through the eyes of his lens. With a degree from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Master of Art in Digital Photography, Pusiri views photography not as a tool just to capture moments or create “beautiful” images, but more of a form of storytelling. With mood lighting, hidden meaning, and vivid details, there is so much that can be told with each photo. Visually, his photographs are often described as stilled from a film set with a painting-like aesthetic that truly emphasizes each aspect of lighting, meticulously choreographed scenes, and set design. Pusiri’s pieces were exhibited in many international and domestic galleries and art spaces. They have also won multiple Gold Awards from platforms such as Px3, Graphis, One Eyeland, and Trierenberg Super Circuit.

Presenting stories of inequality in society through photography and installation art, Naraphat Sakarthornsap creates a hidden meaning in his fine art photos. Based in Bangkok, Naraphat uses flowers as leading roles in his photography and allows a strong intention to transform the perspective of each visual depiction. Flowers have become the keys to finding the answers that are neatly hidden in the works of art. The pieces of these delicate plants may very well come from the deepest part of his devastated heart. With the messages that Naraphat’s art produces, he conveys meaning with each moment he captures.

Naraphat’s earlier works present the challenge against nature in trying to prolong the freshness and vibrant power of the flower before it becomes tainted. Similar to ideas of power, greed, and influence in society, these flowers represent more than just petals and a stem that provides so much for the environment. His work encourages viewers not to believe what the flowers in front of you appear to be. But rather dig deep into the messages that the flowers hold to be true. In these ever-changing times in the world, Naraphat’s photography presents the problem of standards in society and how inequalities are placed in all aspects of modern-day living.

Pokchat Worasub pushes the notions of feminism and intimacy with her extraordinary photography. Based in Bangkok Thailand, she works through a voluntary amateurism found on social media sites, while trying to capture the uncontrolled and natural realms of moments and experiences. These captures stills reveal the fragility of her models in which they become objects of desire. Where vulnerability meets natural beauty, her pieces come back from the dimensions of cancellations to bring viewers a taste of her impeccable photography.
