Kigali residents  wash their hands in and around Nyabugogo Bus Park in Kigali, Rwanda on March 11, 2020. The country is taking preventative measures against COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, with public hand washing stations located in city bus parks and outside of public restaurants and bars. Central Africa’s first confirmed case of COVID-19 was announced yesterday in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a Belgian man now quarantined in a Kinshasa Hospital, according to Reuters.
